Guessing your prices is expensive.
When a supplier raises prices, most makers don't know how much each product's cost moved, or that they're about to run out of a key material the week before a market.
After setup, you'll be able to:
- Know the true cost per unit of every product, with your time included.
- Get suggested retail and wholesale prices for the margin you choose.
- See reorder and out-of-stock flags before you run out.
- Know how many of each product your materials still cover.

A good fit if…
- You make products from materials you buy in packs: candles, soap, jewelry, prints, ceramics.
- You want to price from real costs, not from what other shops charge.
- You'd like reorder reminders without inventory software.
Not the right tool if…
- You resell finished goods and don't make anything. A simpler stock list will do.
- You need barcode scanning or live sync with your shop. This is a manual, private spreadsheet.
- You have hundreds of materials and several staff. Dedicated inventory software will suit you better.
Before you buy
"I already price at what similar shops charge."
That's a fine reality check. This sheet adds the other half: whether that price actually covers your costs and your time.
"Setting up all my materials sounds slow."
Start with your three best sellers. The DEMO file shows a full shop, so you can copy the pattern.
"Do I need the Profit Tracker too?"
Not to start. This calculator handles costs and pricing. The tracker shows real profit from actual orders. The bundle has both, plus bookkeeping.
FAQ
Grams or ounces?
Either. Pick one unit per material and use it in both Materials and Recipes.
Does it sync with my shop?
No. Stock changes when you log restocks and production batches. Simple and private.
Does it include Etsy fees?
It estimates fees from the rates you enter in Settings, so you can see profit and margin at each price.
Do I need Excel?
No. Every template works in Google Sheets, which is free in any browser, and in Microsoft Excel 2016 or newer on Windows or Mac. Your download includes a Start Here PDF with a Google Sheets "Make a copy" link.
Are there macros, add-ons or a subscription?
No. These are plain spreadsheet formulas. You pay once, keep the file and can use it for as long as you like.
Is this tax or accounting advice?
No. The templates help you organize and estimate your numbers. Results depend on the data and rates you enter. For tax questions, talk to a qualified professional.
Can I use it in another currency?
Yes. The currency is a label, so type amounts in your own currency. Nothing is converted.
How do I get the files?
Checkout runs on Gumroad. Right after you pay, Gumroad shows a download page and emails you a receipt with the link. Your download holds the BLANK file, a DEMO file and the Start Here PDF.
What if something doesn't work for me?
